Tour itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Baku | Panoramic Evening Tour
Arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport. Private transfer to the hotel and time to rest after your journey.
In the evening, begin with a panoramic introduction to the city. Visit Highland Park and the Alley of Martyrs, offering wide views over Baku and the Caspian Sea. Continue past the National Assembly and the iconic Flame Towers, which define the modern skyline.
Return to the hotel.
Day 2 — Baku | Old City & Modern Architecture
Breakfast at the hotel.
Explore Icherisheher, the historic heart of Baku and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through its walled streets and visit key landmarks, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Maiden Tower.
Continue to the Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by Zaha Hadid, known for its distinctive, fluid architecture (external visit).
Later, walk along Baku Boulevard along the Caspian coastline, offering a relaxed contrast between the city’s historic and modern identity.
Return to the hotel.
Day 3 — Gabala Region | Mountain Landscape
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Gabala in the north-west of Azerbaijan (approx. 340 km / 5 hours).
Visit the Tufandag Mountain Resort, where cable car rides provide panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Continue to Nohur Lake, set in a quiet natural landscape away from the main routes.
Overnight in Gabala.
Day 4 — Gobustan & Caspian Coast
Breakfast at the hotel.
Travel to Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape, known for its extensive collection of prehistoric rock engravings depicting early human life.
Continue to Deniz Mall, a modern waterfront complex offering time at leisure along the Caspian Sea.
Return to the hotel in Baku.
Day 5 — Absheron Peninsula | Fire & Heritage
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the Ateshgah Fire Temple, historically associated with fire worship and linked to Zoroastrian and Hindu traditions.
Continue to Yanar Dag, a natural gas fire that burns continuously on a hillside — one of the defining natural features of Azerbaijan.
Later, visit Ganjlik Mall for leisure time.
Return to the hotel.
Day 6 — Departure
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport for departure.
